Patch Test & Allergies
Clients are strongly advised to request a patch test at least 48 hours before any chemical service (including color and hi lighting services) By proceeding without a patch test, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. Please inform your stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
Hair & Scalp Condition
Results may vary based on the current condition, history, and natural characteristics of your hair. Sedona SOL Salon cannot guarantee specific outcomes for clients with previously chemically treated, damaged, or compromised hair or scalp. A consultation assessment will be conducted prior to services.
Color Services
Hair color results depend on factors including natural hair color, porosity, previous treatments, and overall hair health. Exact color matches to reference photos cannot be guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results, at additional cost.
Specialty Services
Sedona SOL Salon is not responsible for damage to hair or scalp resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed treatments, or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by your stylist.
Personal Belongings
Sedona SOL Salon is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, I always do my best to contact a client in case there’s something left behind. And I keep a lost and found.
Health & Safety
Clients with open wounds, scalp conditions, or contagious conditions may be asked to reschedule for the safety of all clients and staff.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify me before leaving the salon. Adjustments must be requested within (7) days of the service date. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
